Do I need to buy hardware?
Not necessarily. If your vessel has an existing NMEA 2000 network with an Actisense or Yacht Devices gateway, you can use Bearing.io software with no hardware purchase. For vessels without N2K, we offer a sensor kit at $1,500–$3,500.
How long does installation take?
For N2K-equipped vessels: under 2 hours, self-serve. For new hardware installations, we coordinate with certified marine electricians in your area.
What happens after the pilot?
You convert to a paid plan at Founding Customer pricing, or you don’—no pressure. All your historical data stays yours regardless.
